摘要
目的对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者实施中西医结合辨证施护,探究其对患者代谢参数及激素水平的影响。方法将2019年11月至2021年11月华中科技大学协和深圳医院收治的90例PCOS患者纳入研究,将其按1∶1比例随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规西医护理,观察组给予中西医结合辨证施护。比较2组的性激素水平、糖脂代谢指标、体重、腰臀比、体脂率及妊娠率。结果2组在干预1个月经周期及3个月经周期后的睾酮和黄体生成素水平,以及空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和载脂蛋白B水平均较干预前降低,且干预3个月经周期后均较干预1个月经周期后更低;观察组的上述指标水平均较同期对照组更低,比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。2组在干预3个月经周期后的体重、腰臀比和体脂率均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在随访6个月内的妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合辨证施护可有效改善PCOS患者的糖脂代谢指标及性激素水平,改善其形体指标,提高其妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation on the metabolic parameters and hormone levels of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Ninety PCOS patients at Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group at a ratio of 1∶1,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine nursing,while the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on the syndrome differentiation.The sex hormone levels,glycolipid metabolic indicators,body weight,waist-to-hip ratio,body fat rate,and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone,fasting insulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and apolipoprotein B in the two groups after 1 and 3 menstrual cycles of intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the levels after 3 menstrual cycles of intervention were lower than those after 1 menstrual cycle of intervention.The levels of the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The body weight,waist-to-hip ratio,and body fat rate of the two groups after 3 menstrual cycles of intervention were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the above indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group within 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on the syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the glycolipid metabolic indicators and sex hormone levels in PCOS patients,improve their physical indicators,and increase their pregnancy rate.
