摘要
高脂血症是一种常见代谢疾病,其发病机制复杂,而中医药在调节血脂异常的相关指标、降低中医证候积分等方面具有一定优势。高脂血症属于中医学“痰浊”“瘀血”“湿热”等范畴,其病因病机与玄府理论密切相关。本文从玄府理论与高脂血症之间的相关性关系出发,认为玄府开阖失司为高脂血症发病的密切相关,提出玄府的闭塞或过于通利是其重要病机,归纳出健脾化痰和玄、清热化湿开玄、理气活血开玄、滋补肝肾和玄、温肾健脾开玄等5法以指导高脂血症的辨证治疗。
Hyperlipidemia is a common metabolic disease and its pathogenesis is complex. TCM has certain advantages in regulating the related indexes of dyslipidemia and reducing the score of TCM symptoms. Hyperlipidemia belongs to the categories of ’phlegm turbidity’, ’blood stasis’ and ’dampness-heat’ in TCM, and its etiology and pathogenesis are closely related to the theory of Xuanfu. Based on the correlation between the theory of Xuanfu and hyperlipidemia, it is considered that the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia is closely related to opening and closing dysfunction of Xuanfu. It is pointed out that the main pathogenesis of Xuanfu is occlusion or over dredging. Five methods, invigorating Spleen to resolve phlegm and harmonizing Xuanfu, clearing heat to resolve dampness and opening Xuanfu, regulating Qi to activate blood circulation and opening Xuanfu, tonifying Liver and Kidney to harmonize Xuanfu, as well as warming Kidney and reinforcing Spleen to open Xuanfu, are concluded to guide the differentiation and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
