摘要
中国共产党在革命战争年代创办的红色报刊,在宣传党的路线方针政策、宣传鼓动群众、推动马克思主义传播、鼓舞抗战士气等方面发挥了重要作用。中国共产党成立前夕创办的红色报刊,虽然数量不多,却在青年学生和工人群体中广泛传播了马克思主义,为中国共产党成立后宣传阵地的建设积累了宝贵经验;大革命时期,党的各级组织成为创办红色报刊的主体,在内容上积极传播马克思主义,在办刊过程中逐步确立了政治家办报的方针,首次出现了国外宣传阵地;土地革命时期,办刊条件极为艰苦,只能采用秘密及易名方式发行,但党对报刊的组织管理更加体系化,并建立了多渠道、立体式的发行系统;全面抗战时期,宣传抗战成为这一时期的主旋律,报纸种类更加多样化,一些报刊因合并而停刊,部分报刊甚至出版至今;解放战争时期,办刊环境不断改善,全国性报刊和省级报刊日益增多,办刊模式也更加多样化,并创办了对外传播的多语种报刊。在革命实践中,中国共产党坚持政治家办报、坚持党性原则、坚持“全党办报”“群众办报”方针,对于新时代构建中国特色社会主义全媒体宣传格局具有积极的理论和实践意义。
The red newspapers and periodicals founded by the Communist Party of China in the times of revolutionary wars play an important role in propagating the Party’s lines,principles and policies,agitating the masses,promoting the spread of Marxism,and boosting the morale of resisting the Japanese invasion.Although the number of red newspapers and periodicals founded in the early days of the Party was small,they widely disseminated Marxism among young students and workers,and accumulated valuable experience for the construction of propaganda positions after the founding of the Party.In the period of the Great Revolution,the Party’s organizations at all levels became the main body of establishing red newspapers and periodicals,actively disseminating Marxism in content,and gradually establishing the policy of politicians running newspapers and periodicals in the process.The foreign propaganda positions appeared for the first time.In the period of the Agrarian Revolution,the conditions for running the journals and periodicals were extremely difficult,and they could only be distributed in secret and by renaming.But the Party’s organization for the newspapers and periodicals was more systematic,and it established the distribution system with multiple channels and stereoscopic form.In the period of the full-scale Anti-Japanese War,the propaganda about it became the main theme.The types of newspapers and periodicals became more diversified,some of which stopped publication because of combination and some of which have even been published until now.In the period of the Liberation War,the environment for running newspapers and periodicals was improved continuously,the number of national and provincial newspapers and periodicals was increased day by day,the mode of starting publication became more diversified,and multilingual newspapers and periodicals for foreign communication were established.In the revolutionary practice,the Party insists that politicians run newspapers,adhering to the principle of the Party spirit,and the policy of running newspapers by the whole party and by the masses,which has positive theoretical and practical significance for constructing an all-media propaganda pattern of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
