摘要
目的:基于五运六气理论分析无锡地区痢疾发病特征。方法:收集无锡地区2006年1月20日(大寒日)至2018年1月19日的痢疾发病资料,根据主气、客气以及客主加临、运气相合的相互关系分析不同客主关系时段痢疾的发病情况。结果:无锡地区痢疾发病集中在每年四之气时段;在客气为厥阴风木时段发病例数多;客主关系中含有太阴湿土时段以及君相二火相叠时段的发病例数增多;运气相合中天符年发病例数较多。结论:无锡地区痢疾发病与五运六气中“湿”“火”“风”因素相关度高,天符年痢疾发病率较高。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of dysentery in Wuxi area based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. Methods: The data of dysentery from January 20, 2006 to January 19, 2018 in Wuxi area were collected, and the incidence of dysentery in different periods of customer-host relationship was analyzed according to the relationship between dominant qi, courtesy, vip-host presence and coincidence of luck. Results: The incidence of dysentery in Wuxi area was concentrated in the four days of each year. There were many cases in the period of being polite to Jue Yin Feng Mu;The number of cases in the period of too cloudy and wet soil in the main relationship and the period of overlapping fire between monarch and phase increased;There were more cases in ‘Tian Fu’ year of coincidence of luck. Conclusion: There is a high correlation between the incidence of dysentery in Wuxi and the factors of ‘dampness’ ‘fire’ and ‘wind’ in five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, and the incidence of dysentery in ‘Tian Fu’ year is high.
