摘要
文章从中医病理生理上论述“郁”与胃癌病因病机相关性,同时归纳、总结了从“郁”论治胃癌的临证策略。从中医病因病机学来看,“郁”是胃癌的重要发病病因,而气机郁滞是胃癌发生发展的重要病机。从“郁”论治胃癌,应形神并重。胃癌早中期开郁行气以化瘀解毒,胃癌中晚期舒郁理气以健脾和胃兼以益肾,并且注意时时开导告语移情易性贯穿诊治始终。
This article discusses the correlation between‘stagnation’and the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer from the perspective of pathophysiology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and summarizes the clinical strategies of treating gastric cancer from the perspective of‘stagnation’.From the point of etiology and pathogenesis of TCM study,stagnation is one of the important disease etiology of gastric cancer and qi activity stasis is an important pathogenesis of occurrence and development of gastric cancer.The treatment of gastric cancer from stagnation should pay equal attention to form and spirit.In the early and middle stage of gastric cancer,promoting qi circulation and removing obstruction in the collateral was be necessary to remove blood stasis and detoxify.In the middle and late stage of gastric cancer,resolving stagnation and regulating qi was be necessary to invigorate spleen and stomach as well as to tonify kidney.Counselling and empathy transgender should be used throughout the treatment.
