摘要
淋巴瘤是起源于淋巴造血系统的恶性肿瘤,主要表现为无痛性淋巴结肿大,肝脾肿大,全身各组织器官均可受累,同时可伴有发热、盗汗、消瘦、瘙痒等全身症状。朴炳奎教授临证经验丰富,在中医药辨证论治淋巴瘤及用药方面独具特色。朴教授认为淋巴瘤病机总属虚实夹杂,以痰毒为标,易夹气滞、血瘀等,以脏腑失调或虚弱为本,主脏为脾肾,涉及肺、肝、三焦。治疗上重视痰毒、化痰为先;调整脏腑,尤重脾肾;衷中参西,随证加减;用药主张平和,守中有变。
Lymphoma is a malignant tumor originating from the lymphatic hematopoietic system.It is mainly manifested as painless lymphadenopathy,hepatosplenomegaly and all tissues and organs of the body can be involved,and it can be accompanied by fever,night sweats,weight loss,itching and other systemic symptoms.Professor PIAO Bing-kui has extensive clinical experience in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of lymphoma and drug use.Professor PIAO Bing-kui believes that the pathogenesis of lymphoma is a mixture of deficiency and excess.Phlegm and poison are in superficiality mixed with qi stagnation and blood stasis,etc.and visceral disorders or weakness are in origin.It mainly involves the spleen and kidney,and is related to the lung,liver and triple energizer.In the treatment of lymphoma,the focus is on resolving phlegm first and then adjusting the viscera with particular emphasis on the treatment of the spleen and kidney.Referring to western medicine,the treatment is carried out according to different syndromes.In terms of medication,mild drugs are always used,which are flexible and changeable.
