摘要
复发性生殖器疱疹易诊难治,常因反复发作困扰患者,造成严重的身体及心理负担。岭南医家在生殖器疱疹的病因、病机、证候特点、辨证论治等方面认识较早,积累了丰富的临床经验。禤国维教授认为该病发于外阴,病在下焦,与肝、脾、肾关系最密切;疾病初起多为实证热证,反复发作者多为正虚邪恋,虚实夹杂;治疗上主张从湿热毒邪论治,同时重视中医外治及岭南特色中草药的临床运用,并强调该病的预防及调护措施,对于复发性生殖器疱疹的防治具有重要意义。
Recurrent genital herpes is easy to diagnose but difficult to treat, often repeated attacks, resulting in greater physical and psychological burden for patients. Lingnan doctors has a good understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome characteristics, syndrome differentiation and treatment of genital herpes, and accumulated rich clinical experience. Professor XUAN Guo-wei believes that the disease occurs in the vulva, which is in the lower jiao, and is most closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney;At the beginning of the disease, most of the patients had the syndrome of excess or heat, while the patients who repeatedly suffered from the disease were mostly intermingled deficiency and excess;In terms of treatment, professor XUAN Guo-wei advocates the treatment of damp heat and toxin factor, while paying attention to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical application of Lingnan characteristic Chinese herbal medicine, and emphasizing the prevention and nursing measures of this disease, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of recurrent genital herpes.
