摘要
角药是以中医理论为基础,以辨证论治为指导,由3味中药联合应用,起到相辅相成、相互为用、事半功倍的作用。国医大师李佃贵教授认为胆石症的发病机制为浊毒蕴结肝胆,致使肝络失和,胆汁淤积,凝结不散,久而成石,治疗总原则在于化浊解毒,利胆排石。临床依据具体病情进行辨证论治,运用疏肝理气药、理气活血药、清热祛湿药、利胆排石药、攻毒泄浊药等形成角药配伍,获效显著。
Triangular drugs is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and guided by syndrome differentiation and treatment,and jointly used by three traditional Chinese medicines to complement each other and make twice the result with half the effort.Professor LI Dian-gui,a TCM master,believes that the pathogenesis of cholelithiasis is that turbid toxin accumulates in the liver and gallbladder,resulting in disharmony of liver and collaterals,cholestasis,coagulation,and stone format ion over time.The general principle of treatment is to remove turbidity,detoxify,promote gallbladder and expel stones.The clinical treatment is based on syndrome differentiation based on the specific condition,and the use of liver-regulating and qiregulating medicines,qi-regulating and blood-activating medicines,heat-clearing and dampness-removing medicines,gallbladderremoving stone medicines,and poison-defying and turbid-removing medicines are used to form a combination of triangular drugs,and the effect is remarkable.
