摘要
生态产品价值转化作为破解经济发展和生态保护二者矛盾的重要枢纽,不断吸引着国内外学者研究。水生态产品作为生态产品的重要外延部分,对拓展“两山”转化通道以及深入推进生态文明建设发挥着重要的作用。从国内外水生态产品内涵的研究出发,探讨分析水生态产品的概念与内涵。分别总结了水生态产品基于经济价值和功能现象的价值核算方法,并论述了国内较为常见的3种主要价值实现路径,为进一步研究水生态产品价值核算及实现机制提供参考。
As an important link to solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection,the value transformation of ecological products has been attracting scholars at home and abroad.As an important part of ecological products,aquatic ecological products play an important role in expanding the transformation channel of“Two mountains”theory and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.In this paper,the concept and connotation of aquatic ecological products are discussed and analyzed based on the research on the connotation of aquatic ecological products at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the accounting methods of water ecological products based on economic value and functional phenomenon,and discusses three main value realization paths.It provides a reference for the further research on the value accounting of aquatic ecological products and the realization mechanism.
