摘要
目的:探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年12月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的胫骨骨折患者100例为观察对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予钢板螺内钉固定治疗,观察组给予交锁髓内钉内固定术,比较两组患者围术期指标、下肢力线及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及骨痂形成时间短于对照组,术中出血量少对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组前后位移、侧方位移、矢状面成角、冠状面成角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交锁式髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折能够有效减少手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及骨痂形成时间,减少并发症发生率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment of tibial fractures.Methods:One hundred patients with tibial fractures admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects.Using the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each.The control group was given plate spiral nailing fixation treatment and the observation group was given interlocking intramedullary nailing internal fixation,comparing the perioperative indexes,lower limb force lines and complication rates of the two groups.Results:The operating time,hospital stay,fracture healing time and bone scab formation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The anterior-posterior displacement,lateral displacement,sagittal plane angulation,and coronal plane angulation were smaller in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nailing for tibial fractures can effectively reduce the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,fracture healing time and bone scab formation time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
