长宁页岩气长水平段目的层固井技术难点及对策

摘要 针对长宁地区页岩气水平井固井油基钻井液密度高、粘度高,井眼井径不规则,水平段长,以及后期压裂对水泥环密封完整性要求高的问题;从固井前置液、水泥浆体系设计以及固井工艺技术措施方面入手,设计高效冲洗型前置液体系、优选套管扶正器类型,解决了油基钻井驱替、套管下入的问题。通过水泥环完整性分析,通过采用BCE-310S高强弹性水泥浆体系和预应力固井技术,减少了压裂对水泥环的破坏,防止套管与水泥环之间出现微环隙,保证了页岩气井的长期安全开发。采用以上固井配套技术在长宁宁209X平台应用了四口井,水平段固井质量优质率总体达到90%以上,为长宁页岩气的长期安全开发提供了有效的技术支撑。
