摘要
随着互联网和信息技术的快速发展,区块链技术已经广泛应用于物流、供应链等商业领域。文章从区块链与不动产的信息融合分析、不动产区块链应用流程、区块链技术在不动产登记中的具体应用等几个方面,阐述不动产登记使用区块链技术的去中心化、数字身份标识、共识机制、分布式账本、数据存证等技术,建成基于区块链的不动产信息融合应用机制,实现不动产登记多部门信息融合、“政务上链”服务模式,推动相关部门优化营商环境,提升不动产协同工作效率。
With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,blockchain technology has been widely used in logistics,supply chain and other commercial fields.From the aspects of information fusion analysis of blockchain and real estate,application process of real estate blockchain,and specific application of blockchain technology in real estate registration,this paper expounds that real estate registration uses technologies such as decentralization,digital identity,consensus mechanism,distributed ledger,and data storage of blockchain technology to build a real estate information fusion application mechanism based on blockchain,and achieve information fusion of multiple departments in real estate registration The“government affairs on the chain”service model promotes the government departments to optimize the business environment and improve the efficiency of real estate collaboration.
