全再生骨料地聚物混凝土抗压强度的影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨全再生骨料地聚物混凝土抗压强度的影响因素,探寻具有较好抗压强度的配合比,为后续全再生骨料地聚物混凝土砌块研发奠定基础,以硅灰掺量、激发剂用量、搅拌方法和水胶比四个因素设计四因素三水平的正交试验,研究各因素对全再生骨料地聚物混凝土28d抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:(1)全再生骨料地聚物混凝土28d抗压强度值在30.2MPa~44.6MPa之间,28d抗压强度值的影响因素顺序为:水胶比>硅灰掺量>激发剂用量>搅拌方法;(2)在一定范围内,28d抗压强度随水胶比的增大而增大;(3)硅灰掺量在15%以下时,对28d抗压强度影响不大,超过15%后,28d抗压强度随硅灰掺量的增加而降低;(4)全再生骨料地聚物混凝土的最佳配合比为:单方地聚物混凝土中矿渣463.3kg、水玻璃179.8kg、氢氧化钠43.9kg、水80.6kg,细骨料570kg和粗骨料1110kg,骨料、矿渣粉和硅灰搅拌45s后再加激发剂溶液搅拌45s。 In order to explore the influencing factors of the compressive strength of fully recycled aggregate geopolymer concrete,explore the mix proportion with good compressive strength,and lay the foundation for the subsequent research and development of fully recycled aggregate geopolymer concrete blocks,four factors and three levels orthogonal tests were designed based on the four factors of silica fume dosage,activator dosage,mixing method and water binder ratio to study the influence of various factors on the 28 day compressive strength of fully recycled aggregate geopolymer concrete.The results show that:(1)The 28 d compressive strength of fully recycled aggregate geopolymer concrete is between 30.2 MPa and 44.6 MPa,and the order of influencing factors on the 28 d compressive strength is:water binder ratio>silica fume content>activator content>mixing method;(2)28d compressive strength increases with the increase of water binder ratio;(3)When the content of silica fume is less than 15%,it has little effect on the 28d compressive strength.When the content of silica fume is more than 15%,the 28d compressive strength decreases with the increase of the content of silica fume;(4)The best mix proportion of fully recycled aggregate geopolymer concrete is:463.3kg of slag,179.8kg of sodium silicate,43.9kg of sodium hydroxide,80.6kg of water,570kg of fine aggregate and 1110kg of coarse aggregate in the single cubic geopolymer concrete.The aggregate,slag powder and silica fume are mixed for 45s and then mixed with activator solution for 45s.
