摘要
分析了国有电力企业数字化转型现状,采用因子分析法筛选了资金运营效率的输入指标和输出指标。运用Python和文本挖掘的方法爬取国有电力企业年报中关于数字化转型的关键词,采用DEA-Malmquist模型对资金运营效率进行分析,结果表明数字化背景下国有电力企业资金运营效率总体较好,受纯技术效率变化的影响较大,不同企业间资金运营效率水平差异较大。
The current situation of digital transformation of state-owned electric power enterprises is analyzed.The input indicators and output indicators are screened out by factor analysis.The keywords about digital transformation in annual reports of stateowned electric power enterprises are extracted through Python and text mining,and DEA-Malmquist model is used to analyze the capital operation efficiency.The results show that the capital operation efficiency of state-owned electric power enterprises in the digital environment is sound overall,and is greatly affected by the change of pure technical efficiency.The capital operation efficiency of different enterprises varies greatly.
