摘要
目的分析针对性营养指导在儿童肾病综合征中的应用对肾病饮食营养认知水平及患儿疾病复发的影响。方法将郑州大学第五附属医院2019年1月—2021年12月期间接受治疗的100例肾病综合征患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组与观察组,常规组患儿接受常规指导,观察组患儿实施针对性的营养指导,比较两组患儿家长疾病知识掌握情况、四大临床表现认知情况、饮食原则认知情况、出院后家长依从性、出院后饮食行为评分、疗效指标、疾病复发情况。结果出院时观察组患儿家长疾病知识掌握评分高于常规组,P<0.05;观察组患儿家长四大临床表现认知情况高于常规组,P<0.05;观察组患儿家长饮食原则认知情况高于常规组,P<0.05;出院后观察组患儿家长依从性高于常规组,P<0.05;出院后观察组患儿家长饮食行为评分高于常规组患儿,P<0.05;观察组患儿疗效高于常规组患儿,P<0.05;观察组患儿疾病复发率低于常规组患儿,P<0.05。结论针对性营养指导能够提高肾病饮食营养认知水平,同时能够降低疾病复发率,其效果显著,可以考虑积极推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of targeted nutritional guidance in children with nephrotic syndrome on the cognitive level of nephrotic diet,nutrition and disease recurrence.Methods A total of 100 children with nephrotic syndrome who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into routine group and observation group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nutritional guidance.Parents’knowledge of disease,cognition of four clinical manifestations,cognition of dietary principles,parents’compliance after discharge,dietary behavior score after discharge,efficacy indexes and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the score of parents’knowledge of disease in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05;The cognition of four clinical manifestations of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05;The parents’cognition of dietary principles in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,P<0.05;After discharge,the compliance of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05;After discharge,parents’eating behavior score of observation group was higher than that of routine group,P<0.05;The curative effect of observation group was higher than that of routine group,P<0.05;The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted nutrition guidance can improve the cognitive level of dietary nutrition of nephropathy,and reduce the disease recurrence rate,its effect is significant,can be considered to actively promote.
