摘要
无机膜材料以耐腐蚀、耐高温、机械强度高等优势在气固分离领域受到广泛关注。常见的分离膜材料有:莫来石基材料、碳化硅基材料及石英基材料。改性主要针对分离层和支撑层。针对分离层的改性是通过调整膜材料的粒径配比和固含量,从而调整分离膜顶层的孔径大小及分布程度;针对支撑层的改性是提高其孔隙率,达到提高气体通量、优化其孔径结构的目的。此外,采用新型涂膜工艺增强无机膜的抗污染性也取得一定进展。本文对近年来无机气固分离膜材料的合成和成型方法进行了分析,重点关注分离层和支撑层的改性,围绕分离膜的制备方法及膜结构控制工艺等进行了综述。
Inorganic membrane materials have been widely concerned in the field of gas-solid separation because of their advantages of corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength.Common separation membrane materials include mullite-based materials,silicon carbide-based materials and quartz-based materials.The modification is mainly aimed at the separation layer and the support layer.Based on the separation layer,the pore size and distribution degree of the top layer of the separation membrane can be adjusted by adjusting the particle size ratio and solid content of the membrane material.The porosity is improved according to the modification of the support body,so as to improve the gas flux and optimize the pore size structure.Some progress has also been made in enhancing the pollution resistance of inorganic membranes by using new coating technology.The synthesis and molding methods of inorganic gas-solid separation membranes are analyzed,which focuses on the modification of separation layer and support layer,and the preparation methods and membrane structure control technology of separation membranes are summarized.
