低渗储层自降解聚膜修井液室内研究

摘要 针对现有修井液封堵性不足、难以降解、使用后产量欠佳、无法满足南海西部低渗储层修井液使用要求的问题,构建了自降解聚膜修井液。从储层损害因素分析入手,针对海上油气田现用修井液体系封堵性能不足、封堵后难以自行解堵、储层保护性能较差等问题,采用纳微米成膜剂并配合抑制剂及防水锁剂,构建与海上低渗储层配伍性良好的修井液体系,实现修井液的“自降解、超低损害”。评价表明:低渗储层自降解聚膜修井液封堵率大于90%,在120℃、104 h下降解率可达到81%,渗透率恢复值高于92%。该体系在低渗储层修井作业中具有较好的应用前景。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient plugging performance of the current workover fluid system in offshore oil and gas fields, being difficult to remove the plugging after plugging, poor reservoir protection performance and so on, a workover fluid system with good compatibility with offshore low-permeability reservoirs was constructed by using nano micron film-forming agent combined with inhibitor and waterproof locking agent, so as to realize the "self degradation and ultra-low damage" of workover fluid. The evaluation showed that the plugging rate of self degradable polymer film workover fluid in low permeability reservoir reached 98%, the degradation rate reached 81% at 120 ℃ for 104 h, and the permeability recovery value was higher than 92%. The system has great application prospect in workover operation of low permeability reservoir.
