环氧树脂乳液对固井水泥浆性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 复杂油气井开发对固井水泥浆性能要求越来越高。为开发新型材料用于设计高性能固井水泥浆体系,室内评价了环氧树脂乳液对固井水泥浆性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着环氧树脂乳液的掺入,固井水泥浆流变性受到影响,在使用过程中需使用合适的分散剂调节其流变性。环氧树脂乳液能降低水泥浆的失水量,提高浆体稳定性,对水泥浆稠化时间有一定影响。树脂乳液与固井水泥浆混合后抗压强度能满足固井施工要求,较大幅度提高了水泥石的弹性和抗冲击强度。当树脂掺量为9%时,水泥石的弹性模量降低38.5%。微观形貌分析表明,树脂乳液在水泥石内部形成聚合物膜的柔性结构中心,改善了水泥石的微观结构。研究成果有助于设计高性能固井水泥浆体系。 The development of complex oil and gas wells requires higher and higher performance of cementing slurry.In order to develop new materials for designing high-performance cementing slurry system, the influence of epoxy on the properties of cementing slurry was evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that with the addition of epoxy resin emulsion, the fluidity of cementing cement slurry was affected, and it was necessary to use a suitable dispersant to adjust its rheology in the process of use. Epoxy emulsion could reduce the water loss of cement slurry,improve the stability of slurry, and had effect on the thickening time of cement slurry. The compressive strength of resin emulsion mixed with cementing slurry could meet the requirements of cementing construction, and greatly improve the elasticity and impact strength of cement stone. When the resin content was 9%, the elastic modulus of cement paste was decreased by 38.5%. The micro morphology analysis showed that the resin lotion formed the flexible structure center of polymer film in the cement stone, which improved the microstructure of cement stone. The research results are helpful to the design of high-performance cementing slurry system.
