摘要
目的探讨补精益视片联合甲钴胺片对眼压控制后青光眼患者的临床疗效。方法156例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组78例,对照组给予甲钴胺片,观察组在对照组基础上加用补精益视片,疗程1个月。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分和疗效、视功能指标(BCVA、MS、MD、LV、视野缺损计分)、眼血流动力学指标(EDV、PSV、RI)、眼压、HSP27、HSP70变化。结果观察组临床总有效率、中医证候总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、LV、MD、视野缺损计分、RI、HSP27、HSP70降低(P<0.05),BCVA、MS、EDV、PSV升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(BCVA除外)(P<0.05);2组眼压无明显变化(P>0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补精益视片联合甲钴胺片能缓解眼压控制后青光眼患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,改善视功能和眼血流动力学,稳定眼压,下调血清HSP27、HSP70抗体水平。
AIM To explore the clinical effects of Bujing Yishi Tablets combined with Mecobalamin Tablets on patients with glaucoma after intraocular pressure control.METHODS One hundred and fifty-six patients were randomly assigned into control group(78 cases)for 1-month administration of Mecobalamin Tablets,and observation group(78 cases)for 1-month administration of both Bujing Yishi Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and efficacy,visual function indices(BCVA,MS,MD,LV,visual field defect score),ocular hemodynamic indices(EDV,PSV,RI),intraocular pressure,HSP27 and HSP70 were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total clinical effective rate and total TCM syndrome effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,LV,MD,visual field defect score,RI,HSP27 and HSP70(P<0.05),and increased BCVA,MS,EDV and PSV(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(except for BCVA)(P<0.05);no obvious change in intraocular pressure was found in the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in group comparison(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with glaucoma after intraocular pressure control,Bujing Yishi Tablets combined with Mecobalamin Tablets can alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance clinical efficacy,improve visual functions and ocular hemodynamics,stabilize intraocular pressure,and down-regulate serum HSP27 and HSP70 antibody levels.
