摘要
以石墨烯、碳纤维为代表的先进碳材料产业链是江苏省重点培育的优势产业链之一,整体产业规模、创新能力、企业质态均处于全国领先地位,但对标国际先进水平,江苏先进碳材料产业链仍存在产业规模化程度小、技术水平有待提升、龙头骨干企业带动能力弱、产业生态体系尚不完善等问题。文章研究了江苏先进碳材料产业的未来发展趋势,并提出了推动江苏先进碳材料产业高质量发展的具体路径,包括强化产业链顶层设计和统筹部署、提升产业链技术创新的整体效能、积极推进产业链协同创新平台建设、搭建供需对接和产学研交流平台等。
The advanced carbon material industry chain represented by graphene and carbon fiber is one of the advantageous cultivated industrial chains in Jiangsu province, and the overall industrial scale, innovation ability and enterprise quality are in the leading position in China. However, compared with the international advanced level, Jiangsu’s advanced carbon material industry chain still has problems such as small industrial scale, feeble technology level, weak driving ability of leading backbone enterprises, and imperfect industrial ecosystem. This paper studies the future development trend of Jiangsu’s advanced carbon material industry, and proposes specific paths to promote its high-quality development, including strengthening the top-level design and overall deployment of the industrial chain, improving the overall efficiency of industrial chain technology innovation, actively boosting the construction of industrial chain collaborative innovation platform, building supply-demand docking platform and industry-university-research exchange platform.
