摘要
本文对脱硝系统存在的喷氨过量问题进行了具体分析,针对性地提出了一些解决办法:(1)对喷氨系统进行分区,使各局部区域喷氨量控制与总喷氨量控制更加精确且具备联动功能;(2)通过设置喷氨总量与局部喷氨量反馈调节机制,使其对机组变工况工作具有针对性、实时性和准确性;(3)改造CEMS采样方法,采用烟道截面取样法,使脱硝系统采集的数据更加准确,更具普适性;(4)总过增设总喷氨量控制和局部喷氨量控制两套系统,两套系统相互联动,起到精准控制喷氨量的作用。
This paper analyzes the problem of excessive ammonia injection in denitration system,and puts forward some solutions:(1)partition the ammonia injection system to make the ammonia injection control in each local area and the total ammonia injection control more accurate and have linkage function;(2)By setting the feedback regulation mechanism of total ammonia injection and local ammonia injection,it has pertinence,real-time and accuracy for the unit under variable working conditions;(3)The CEMS sampling method is reformed and the flue section sampling method is adopted to make the data collected by the denitration system more accurate and universal;(4)Two systems of total ammonia injection control and local ammonia injection control are added to the total superheater.The two systems are interconnected to accurately control the ammonia injection.
