煤矿动叶可调主通风机集中控制系统的设计与应用

摘要 通过PLC与上位机共同组成的风力发电机在线检测系统,能够实现对通风机的风速及负压、振荡频率、电动机功率因数、电网电压、通风机和服务于它的辅助装置工作状况的监测,以及对供配电系统的实际工作参数等信息进行集中控制,并将运行数据进行集中显示和数据分析处理;另外,通过采用傅里叶变幻技术能够实现风机的工作点和效率的智能拟合,从而集中控制系统实时调整叶片角度,以实现启动过程的轻载化、风量调节的实时化,进而实现对矿井通风机的自动控制管理。 Through the online detection system of wind turbine composed of PLC and upper computer,it can realize centralized control of the wind speed and negative pressure of the fan,oscillation frequency,motor power factor,grid voltage,working conditions of the fan and its auxiliary devices,as well as the actual working parameters of the power supply and distribution system,and conduct centralized display and data analysis of the operating data;In addition,through the use of Fourier transformation technology,the working point and efficiency of the fan can be intelligently matched,so that the centralized control system can achieve the goal of real-time adjusting the blade angle for the movable blade adjustable fan,so as to achieve the effect of light load and real-time air volume adjustment in the starting process,and then the mine fan can be automatically controlled and managed.
