摘要
针对现阶段矿井排水泵存在的能耗高、自动化程度低等问题,提出将变频调速系统应用到排水泵控制中,并根据山西某矿中央水泵房实际情况,对变频调速系统结构、变频调速方式、控制流程等进行阐述。经现场应用后,该变频调速控制系统表现出较好应用成果,不仅可满足井下排水需求,而且可明显降低排水泵能耗,实现了节能、高效、自动运行。
In view of the problems of high energy consumption and low automation of the mine drainage pump at the present stage,the frequency conversion speed regulation system is proposed to be applied to the control of the drainage pump.According to the actual situation of the central water pump room of a mine in Shanxi,the structure,mode and control process of the frequency conversion speed regulation system are described.After field application,the frequency conversion speed regulation control system has shown good application results,which can not only meet the needs of underground drainage,but also significantly reduce the energy consumption of the drainage pump,realizing energy conservation,high efficiency and automatic operation.
