摘要
针对掘进巷道SSJ-800型带式输送机在运输煤矸期间,因输送机张紧不合理导致输送机跑偏、断带、上窜下跳等问题,通过技术研究设计了一套输送带新型张紧调节装置。经实际应用表明,新型张紧调节装置投入使用后实现了输送机不停机调节张紧的目的,保证了输送机安全稳定运行,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the problems of conveyor runout,belt breakage,upward and downward jump caused by unreasonable conveyor tensioning during the transportation of coal gangue in SSJ-800 belt conveyor in dredging roadway,a set of new tensioning adjustment device for conveyor belt was designed through technical research.After practical application,the new tensioning device has been put into use to achieve the purpose of adjusting the tension of the conveyor without stopping,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the conveyor and has achieved significant application results.
