摘要
南京G32项目在地下室进行跳仓法施工时,仓位分隔缝位置拦茬使用止水鱼鳞网施工工艺。使用止水鱼鳞网拦茬时,施工缝的混凝土面无需剔凿,可加快施工进度,节省人工成本;同时,止水鱼鳞网采用热镀锌板材经过精细加工,冲孔冷弯成型形成一体。相比钢丝网拦茬,止水鱼鳞网的“鱼鳞片”在浇筑时嵌入混凝土,与混凝土形成整体,接缝效果相比传统更好,成型质量更好。项目将止水鱼鳞网与跳仓法施工相结合,保障了地下室施工缝的施工质量,为同类工程提供了良好的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the construction technology of waterstop fish scale net used for the blocking of the stubble at the compartment partition joint during the skip warehouse construction of the basement of Nanjing G32 project.When the water stop fish scale net is used to block the stubble,the concrete surface of the construction joint does not need to be chiseled,which can speed up the construction progress and save the labor cost;At the same time,the waterstop fish scale mesh is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet,which is finely processed,punched and cold bent to form a whole.Compared with the steel wire mesh stubble,the“fish scale”of the waterstop fish scale mesh is embedded in the concrete during pouring,forming a whole with the concrete.The joint effect is better than that of the traditional,and the molding quality is better.The project combines the construction of water stop fish scale net with the warehouse jumping method,which ensures the construction quality of the basement construction joints and provides a good reference for similar projects.
