摘要
恒温金属浴广泛应用于医药、质检、环境等领域。为适配不同实验试管,金属浴模块种类众多,有不同的孔型、孔径组合,对温度校准实际操作造成很大的困难。本文采用不同类型标准器,在不同实验条件下对恒温金属浴温度偏差和温度均匀性进行校准。结果显示,可匹配金属浴不同孔型且自动密封的专用校准装置能够更加准确、可靠地对金属浴进行温场校准。
Constant temperature metal bath is widely used in medicine, quality inspection, environment and other fields.In order to adapt different test tubes, there are many kinds of metal bath modules with different combinations of pass and aperture, which causes great difficulties for temperature calibration.In this paper, different types of standard are used to calibrate the temperature deviation and temperature uniformity of constant temperature metal bath under different experimental conditions.The results show that the special calibration device which can match the different pass shapes of metal bath and automatically seal can calibrate the temperature field of metal bath more accurately and reliably.
