摘要
动物营养学是大学本科动物科学专业的主干课程,是精细化养殖、高效率生产、高质量发展和确保畜产品安全的理论基础。基于新农科建设的时代需求,探索基于优化课堂讨论模式将思政内容无缝切入动物营养学课程教学的应用与实践,对学生科学素养、科技创新意识、社会竞争力综合素质的培养具有至关重要的作用。该文结合动物营养学的教学内容,凝炼每章节的课程思政元素,通过优化传统课堂讨论方式将课程思政有机融入课程教学,达到培养高素养复合型人才,保证畜牧产业发展人才需求的目的。
Animal Nutrition Science is the core course of Major in Animal Science,which is the theoretical basis for accurate animal feeding,improving animal production efficiency,and ensuring the safety of animal derived food.Based on the needs of the construction of new agricultural science,exploring the related application and practice of integrating ideological and political education into the course teaching by optimizing classroom discussion plays a crucial role in cultivating students’ innovative consciousness,scientific literacy and comprehensive quality of social competitiveness.This paper combines the teaching content of Animal Nutrition Science,condenses the ideological and political elements of each chapter of the course,and organically integrates ideological and political elements of the course into the course teaching by optimizing the traditional classroom discussion method,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating high-quality compound talents and ensuring the talent demand for the development of animal husbandry industry.
