摘要
随着高光黑涂装单板防擦条产品在汽车市场的配置率提升,相关的斜顶印成为最直观影响客户满意度的因素。该文针对车侧防擦条的斜顶印问题,基于故障树方法展开材料、设计、模具、注塑工艺和涂装工艺5个维度的分析,针对材料的收缩率,高温及常温下的刚性强度;设计结构的受力均匀性;模具的温度,压力,保压及模具运水及加工精度;涂装工艺对于产品的外观的影响。对相关的防擦条的产品设计,模具设计及工艺提出改进意见。
With the increase in the configuration rate of high-gloss black coated anti-friction door cladding products in the automotive market, the related obliquelift print is the most intuitive factor affecting customer satisfaction.Based on the fault tree analysis method, this paper analyzes the five dimensions of material, design, mold, injection molding process, and coating process, aiming at the shrinkage rate of the material, the rigidity strength at high temperature and normal temperature;the design structure force uniformity;the temperature, pressure, holding pressure of the mold, the water transport and processing accuracy of the mold;and the influence of the coating process on the appearance of the product.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the product design, mold design and process of the anti-friction door cladding.
