摘要
为提高电力二次屏柜预制线束工单设计效率,简化布线操作流程,开发了一款线束预制工单自动化软件。基于数字化思想对屏柜、装置及器件进行参数化,将三维空间按走线区域映射至二维基准平面上,采用支点走线法重新定义装置及器件的走线逻辑,简化了走线路径,提出了接点间线长计算公式,实现工单自动导出,并结合全自动端子压着机完成线束预制。通过对线长进行极差分析,保证误差在3%以内,满足屏柜配线生产工艺要求。线束预制工单自动化软件极大提高了设计及生产效率,降低了屏柜配线错误率,切实解决了规模化生产的问题。
In order to improve the design efficiency of prefabricated wire harness work order of power secondary screen cabinet and simplify the wiring operation flow, an automation software of wire harness prefabrication work order is developed. Based on the idea of digitization, the screen cabinet, devices and apparatuses are parameterized, the three-dimensional space is mapped to the two-dimensional reference plane according to the alignment area, the alignment logic of the device and devices is redefined by the pivot routing method, and the routing path is simplified. The formula for calculating the line length between contacts is put forward to realize the automatic derivation of work order, and the wire harness prefabrication is completed by combining with automatic terminal pressing machine. Through the range analysis of the wire length, the error is guaranteed to be less than 3%, which meets the requirements of the wiring production process of the screen cabinet. The wire harness prefabrication work order automation software greatly improves the design and production efficiency, reduces the wiring error rate of screen cabinets, and effectively solves the problem of large-scale production.
