垃圾焚烧细炉渣颗粒重金属污染及风险评价 被引量:2

Pollution and Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals in Fine Slag Particles from Waste Incineration

摘要 为明确粒径小于1 mm的生活垃圾焚烧细炉渣颗粒重金属污染特性,并对其进行生态风险评价,采集北京市某一大型生活垃圾焚烧厂细炉渣颗粒样品。分析可知炉渣样品中不同种类的重金属含量:Zn(901.5~1556.2 mg∕kg)、Cr(227.6~437.1 mg∕kg)、Cu(201.4~367.3 mg∕kg)、Pb(89.41~213.0 mg∕kg)、Ni(35.71~60.45 mg∕kg)、Cd(13.99~25.95 mg∕kg)、As(14.49~29.86 mg∕kg)、Hg(0.097~0.32 mg∕kg)。炉渣浸提液中的Pb浓度达到0.337 mg∕L,Cd浓度达到0.277 mg∕L,两者都高于生活垃圾填埋场对固体废物浸出液重金属限值要求。炉渣中Zn以41.7%残渣态和47.4%醋酸可提取态存在,Cu以58.8%醋酸可提取态存在,Cr以62.2%残渣态存在,Ni以37.2%残渣态和46.9%醋酸可提取态存在,Pb以59.9%残渣态存在,As以47.3%残渣态和36.6%醋酸可提取态存在,Cd以39.7%残渣态和48.7%醋酸可提取态存在,Hg以55.6%残渣态和29.8%醋酸可提取态存在。参照建设用地土壤重金属控制标准,炉渣可作为建设用地土壤。参照农用地土壤重金属控制标准,炉渣作为农用地土壤,重金属Cd会造成极强的生态危害。 To investigate the heavy metal pollution characteristics and evaluate the ecological risk of the fine slag particles(particle sizes<1 mm),fine slag particles from municipal solid waste incineration in Beijing were collected and characterized.Analysis shows that the contents of different heavy metals were:Zn(901.5~1556.2 mg∕kg),Cr(227.6~437.1 mg∕kg),Cu(201.4~367.3 mg∕kg),Pb(89.41~213.0 mg∕kg),Ni(35.71~60.45 mg∕kg),Cd(13.99~25.95 mg∕kg),As(14.49~29.86 mg∕kg),and Hg(0.097~0.32 mg∕kg).The concentration of Pb and Cd in slag extract(0.337 mg∕L,0.277 mg∕L)were both above the heavy metal limit for solid waste leachate on the landfill.The chemical speciation results for heavy metals in the slag showed that 41.7%of Zn existed in a residual form and 47.4%in an acetic acid extractable form.For other metals the main forms were Cu,58.8%in an acetic acid extractable form;Cr,62.2%in a residual form;Ni,37.2%in a residual form and 46.9%in an acetic acid extractable form;Pb,59.9%in a residual form;As,47.3%in a residual form and 36.6%in an acetic acid extractable form;Cd,39.7%in a residual form and 48.7%in an acetic acid extractable form;and Hg,55.6%in a residual form and 29.8%in an acetic acid extractable form.With reference to control standards for heavy metals in construction soil,slag can be disposed as construction land.With reference to control standards for heavy metals in agricultural soil,Cd will cause serious damage to the environment if slag is disposed as agricultural land.
