摘要
结合对《金匮要略》中涉及自身免疫性疾病的相关证治方药进行深入研读,归纳总结了诸如白塞氏病、虹膜睫状体炎、特发性血小板减少性紫癜、咳嗽变异性哮喘、溃疡性结肠炎等自身免疫性疾病的诊治情况,继而总结出影响自身免疫性疾病的脏腑及中医核心病机,分析相关治疗用药特点,以期为临床应用经方治疗此类病证提供思路。
Based on the in-depth study of the relevant syndromes and treatments of autoimmune diseases in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,the author summarized the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases such as Behcet disease,iridocyclitis,idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,cough variant asthma and ulcerative colitis,and then summarized the viscera and the core pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine that affect autoimmune diseases,and analyzed the characteristics of relevant therapeutic drugs,in order to provide ideas for clinical application of classical prescriptions to treat such diseases and syndromes.
