摘要
本文基于山东大学国土空间规划年度体检和“一张图”实施监督信息系统建设工作基础,提出山东大学开展“实时体检评估”的工作原则和总体思路,通过构建实时体检指标体系,夯实数据与信息平台支撑,研究遥感监测和大数据等新技术的应用,完善“实时体检评估”工作机制,探索建立山东大学国土空间规划实时监测评估预警体系。
Based on annual examination of land and space planning implementation and the"Inteplan"information system implementation and supervision of space planning,work principle and overall mentality of the"real-time examination and evaluation"in Ji'nan have been carried out.By building a real-time physical examination index system,consolidating the support of data and information platform,studying the application of new technologies,such as remote sensing monitoring and big data,improving the working mechanism of"real-time examination and evaluation",the establishment of a real-time monitoring,evaluation and early warning system for land and space planning in Ji'nan city has been studied.
