基于SBM-Tobit模型的汉江流域粮食生产用水效率及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

Water Use Efficiency of Grain Production and Its Influencing Factors in Hanjiang River Basin Based on SBM-Tobit Model

摘要 以2000—2020年汉江流域湖北境内25个县(市、区)的面板数据为研究对象,采用SBM-DEA模型测算粮食生产用水效率,并运用Tobit随机效应模型探究其驱动因素。结果表明:研究期内汉江流域湖北境内粮食生产用水效率的年平均值均在0.66以上,生产要素未得到充分利用,尚有较大提升空间;在粮食生产用水效率的影响因素中,对粮食生产用水效率产生抑制效应的影响因素,其强度大小依次为:小麦种植比率>工业用水占比>地区生产总值;呈现显著正向促进作用的因素及其强度大小依次为:农业用水占比>水稻种植比率。综上,在粮食生产过程中需要重视水资源投入及其用水效率的提升,实现“量”与“质”两手抓,通过转变粮食作物的种植结构和优化流域内的用水结构,使得汉江流域粮食生产的用水效率得到提升,促进粮食生产的可持续发展。 Based on the panel data of 25 counties and cities(districts)in the Hanjiang River Basin in Hubei Province from 2000 to 2020,the SBM-DEA model was used to calculate the water use efficiency(WUE)of grain production,and the Tobit random effects model was used to explore its driving factors.The results showed that during the study period,the average WUE of grain production in Hanjiang River Basin was above 0.66,and the production factors were not fully utilized.There was still much room for improvement.Among the factors affecting the WUE of grain production,the intensity of the factors inhibiting the WUE of grain production was in the order of wheat planting ratio>industrial water use ratio>regional GDP.The factors with significant positive promoting effects and their intensites were as follows:The proportion of agricultural water use>rice planting ratio.Therefore,in the process of grain production,it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of water resources input and water use efficiency,realize both“quantity”and“quality”,and effectively improve the water use efficiency of grain production in the Hanjiang River Basin by changing the planting structure of grain crops and optimizing the water use structure in the basin,so as to promote the sustainable development of grain production.
