摘要
目的:探讨精神分裂症病人出院准备度现状及影响因素。方法:抽取2021年12月—2022年4月在太原市4所三级甲等医院住院的140例精神分裂症病人,采用一般资料调查问卷、社会支持评定量表及出院准备度量表进行调查。结果:精神分裂症病人社会支持评定量表总分为(33.390±6.651)分,出院准备度量表总分为(99.630±7.585)分;Pearson相关性分析显示,社会支持评定量表得分与出院准备度量表得分呈正相关(r=0.543,P<0.001);线性回归分析显示,居住地、学历、病程和社会支持是精神分裂症病人出院准备度的影响因素,共解释54.7%的总变异。结论:精神分裂症病人出院准备度总体处于较高水平,应加强对居住地为农村、学历较低以及病程较短的病人的教育,指导其主动寻求社会支持,进一步提高出院准备度。
Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of discharge readiness in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 140 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in 4 tertiary grade A hospitals in Taiyuan from December 2021 to April 2022 were conveniently selected and surveyed by a general information questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS). Results:The total score of SSRS was(33. 390±6. 651)points,and the total score of RHDS was(99. 630±7. 585)points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of SSRS and RHDS were positively correlated(r=0. 543,P<0. 001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that residence,education,course of the disease,and social support were the influencing factors of discharge readiness of schizophrenia patients,explaining 54. 7% of the total variance. Conclusion:The discharge readiness of schizophrenic patients is generally at a high level. Medical staff should strengthen the education of patients with rural residence,low education background and short course of disease,providing them guidance to actively seek social support in order to further improve their readiness for discharge. but the education of patients with rural residence,low education background and short course of disease should be strengthened,so as to guide them to actively seek social support and further improve their readiness for discharge.
