摘要
更年期是女性神经-内分泌功能发生改变的重要阶段,随着更年期的到来,机体激素水平发生改变,肠道菌群失调,易导致机体能量代谢失衡,脂肪分布改变形成异位沉积,发生更年期肥胖,最终增加患者心脑血管疾病及代谢相关疾病风险,降低患者生活质量。该文通过回顾近年文献,以探析更年期肥胖的发病机制及艾灸治疗更年期肥胖的效应机制,以期为更年期肥胖患者提供更加优效的治疗方案,为临床上灸法治疗更年期肥胖提供科学的理论依据。经查阅文献发现,更年期肥胖发病机制较复杂,与其激素水平及肠道菌群结构的改变密切相关,且艾灸治疗更年期肥胖有独特优势,目前其效应机制研究以艾灸的温热作用为主。
Menopause is an important stage in which women’s neuroendocrine function changes.With the advent of menopause,the body hormone level changes and the imbalance of intestinal flora,which is easy to lead to the imbalance of energy metabolism,the change of fat distribution,the formation of ectopic deposition,and the occurrence of menopausal obesity,which eventually increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and metabolism related diseases and reduces the quality of life of patients.By reviewing the literature in recent years,this paper analyzes the pathogenesis of menopausal obesity and the effect mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of menopausal obesity,in order to provide better and effective treatment schemes for menopausal obese patients,and provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical moxibustion in the treatment of menopausal obesity.After consulting the literature,it is found that the pathogenesis of menopausal obesity is complex,which is closely related to the changes of hormone level and intestinal flora structure,and moxibustion has unique advantages in the treatment of menopausal obesity.At present,the research on its effect mechanism is mainly based on the warm effect of moxibustion.
