摘要
振动时间序列能够表征轴承的状态演变过程,该状态演变过程包含着疲劳特征信息,故采用威布尔估计方法分析汽车轮毂轴承疲劳寿命试验中监测的振动时间序列,将振动时间序列划分为多个子序列并开展统计分析以研究不同序列中威布尔分布参数的变化。对不同型号汽车轮毂轴承疲劳寿命试验数据的分析结果表明:大多数子序列的形状参数和尺度参数会在一定范围内波动,总有个别子序列会发生显著波动,说明威布尔估计方法能应用于轴承状态演变分析并能提前预报轴承的疲劳失效。
The vibration time series characterize the state evolution process of bearings,which contains fatigue characteristic information.Therefore,the Weibull estimation method is used to analyze the vibration time series monitored in fatigue life test of automobile hub bearings,and the vibration time series is divided into several sub-series and the statistical analysis is carried out to study the changes of Weibull distribution parameters in different series.The analysis results of fatigue life test data of different types of automobile hub bearings show that the shape parameters and scale parameters of most sub-series will fluctuate within a certain range,there are significant fluctuation will happen to individual sub-series,showing that Weibull estimation method can be used to analyze the state evolution of the bearings and predict the fatigue failure of the bearings in advance.
