摘要
呼吸机为临床医疗的急救类设备,是替代人工实现自主通气的有效手段,通过机械力量将氧气输送到患者肺部,在压力差、逆差的作用下,实现肺部的正常排气。处于“后疫情时代”,呼吸机在新型冠状病毒肺炎重症治疗中发挥着重要作用。对于需要呼吸机进行临床支持的患者而言,呼吸机的性能质量好坏直接会影响到患者的生命安全。因此需要对其进行定期的故障维修和检测,确保临床上及时有效利用。基于此,针对呼吸机的常见故障以及维修方式进行分析,以期为医疗日常保养呼吸机提供可靠依据。
Ventilator is a first-aid equipment in clinical medical treatment.It is an effective means to transport oxygen to the lungs of patients by mechanical force instead of artificial self-ventilation,and normal exhaust of lungs can be realized under the effect of pressure difference and deficit.In the post-epidemic era,ventilators play an important role in the treatment of COVID-19.For patients who need ventilators,the performance and quality of ventilators will directly affect the safety of patients,so it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance and detection of faults to ensure timely and effective clinical use.Based on this,this paper analyzes the common failures and maintenance methods of ventilators,hoping to provide a reliable basis for daily medical maintenance of ventilators.
