摘要
寻找绿色高效抑制剂成为当前铁矿石浮选研究重点,腐植酸钠(NaHA)极易溶解于水,且与Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)等金属离子具有很强的络合能力,将Na HA作为抑制剂从铁矿物中分离石英。结果表明,一定浓度的Na HA可以有效抑制铁矿物,而对石英基本无影响。Zeta电位测量结果表明,经过Na HA处理后,铁矿物表面Zeta电位的负移更为明显,且可以阻止十二胺(DDA)的进一步吸附。XPS分析解释了Na HA抑制磁铁矿的机理,即Na HA可能通过与表面铁的配位作用吸附在赤铁矿表面。通过水溶液中金属氧化物表面电荷变化,推断赤铁矿与Na HA的作用机理与磁铁矿相似。
WLooking for green and efficient inhibitors has become the focus of current iron flotation research. Sodium humate(NaHA) is very soluble in water and has strong complexation ability with Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)and other metal ions. In this study,Na HA was used as an inhibitor to separate quartz from iron minerals. The results of flotation showed that Na HA with a certain concentration can effectively inhibit iron minerals,but has no effect on quartz. The zeta potential measurement results showed that after Na HA treatment,the negative shift of Zeta potential of iron ore was more obvious and could prevent further adsorption of dodecylamine(DDA). XPS analysis explained the mechanism of Na HA inhibiting magnetite,that is,NaHA may be adsorbed on the surface of hematite through coordination with surface iron. It was judged that hematite and magnetite followed similar action mechanism by the change of surface charge of metal oxide in aqueous solution.
