摘要 为了研究(十二烷基三甲基溴化铵)DTAB对石英-气泡间相互作用的影响,采用黏附/脱附测试系统、接触角测量仪和表面张力仪对DTAB体系下亲水性石英玻璃基板与气泡间相互作用力、表面接触角以及溶液表面张力进行了测量。结果表明:在DTAB体系中,石英玻璃基板与气泡间的黏附力/脱附力随着DTAB浓度的增加先增加后减小,在DTAB浓度为1 mmol/L时,脱附力达到最大,为129.9μN;石英玻璃基板表面接触角也呈现类似的变化规律,在DTAB浓度为4 mmol/L时,接触角达到最大,为51.8°,较石英玻璃基板与气泡间黏附力/脱附力而言,接触角的变化具有一定的滞后性。这是由于黏附力/脱附力受石英玻璃基板表面接触角和表面张力协同支配,在DTAB存在体系下,当接触角达到最大时,溶液表面张力已下降至35.95 m N/m,导致石英玻璃基板与气泡间黏附力/脱附力提前出现下降趋势。进一步用浮选动力学试验加以验证,浮选结果表明,当浮选体系中加入1 mmol/L DTAB时可以获得精矿产率为97.10%的指标。浮选结果与黏附力/脱附力曲线得到的结果保持一致。 To investigate the effect of(12-trimethyl-bromid)DTAB on quartz-bubble interaction,the interaction forces between hydrophilie quartz glass substrate and bubble,the contact angle on the quartz glass substrate surface and the surface tension of the solution under DTAB system were measured by the attachment force/detachment force measurement system and the contact angle measuring instrument and the surface tension measuring instrument.The results showed that the attachment force/detachment force between the quartz glass substrate and the bubble under DTAB system increased and then decreased with the increase of DTAB concentration,and the maximum detachment force was 129.9μN at the DTAB concentration of 1mmol/L;The contact angle of the quartz glass substrate surface also showed a similar variation,and the maximum contact angle was 51.8°at the DTAB concentration of 4 mmol/L.The change in contact angle has a certain lag compared to the attachment force/detachment force between the quartz glass substrate and the bubble.This is due to the fact that the attachment force/detachment force is coordinated by the surface contact angle of the quartz glass substrate and the surface tension of the solution,and the surface tension of the solution dropped to 35.95 m N/m when the contact angle reaches the maximum under the DTAB presence system,resulting in a downward trend in the attachment force/detachment force between the quartz glass substrate and the bubble.Further verified by flotation kinetic tests,the flotation results showed that an optimal yield of 97.10%can be obtained when 1 mmol/L DTAB was added to the flotation system.The flotation results were consistent with those obtained from the attachment force/detachment force curves.
