破碎采场通风天井预注浆加固基岩深孔爆破成井技术 被引量:2

摘要 由于矿岩破碎,采区通风天井掘砌施工安全性较差,反掘扩孔和反掘扩刷过程中均存在塌方等安全风险。以某铁矿复杂破碎采场为背景0,进行通风天井预注浆加固基岩深孔爆破成井技术研究与实践。采用“正掘导孔+反掘扩孔+反掘扩刷”技术进行采区通风天井施工,针对塌方段提出2种施工方案:钢圈加固和壁后浇筑充填支护工艺、钢筒预埋注浆管浇筑充填和注浆加固联合支护工艺,虽能达到预期处理效果,但施工工期长;在此基础上,提出破碎采场通风天井下行注浆加固基岩及大直径深孔凿岩分段爆破成井施工工艺,可有效避免井筒塌方风险,工期缩短50%。可为破碎采场盲竖井掘砌施工提供一条新思路。 Due to the broken ore and rock,the safety of excavation and masonry construction of the ventilation raise in the mining area is poor,and there are safety risks such as landslides during the process of reverse excavation and reaming and reverse excavation and brushing. Based on the background of a complex crushing stope in an iron mine,the study and practice of deep hole blasting technology of ventilation patio pre-grouting to reinforce bedrock are carried out. Adopt the technology of "forward driving pilot hole + reverse driving and expanding hole + reverse driving and expanding brush" to construct the ventilation patio in the mining area. Two construction schemes are proposed for the collapse section,named steel ring reinforcement and back-casting filling support technology,and combined support technology of steel tube embedded grouting pipe pouring and filling and grouting reinforcement. Although the proposed two processes can achieve the expected treatment effect,the construction period is long. On this basis,the construction technology of down grouting to strengthen the bedrock in the ventilation raise of the broken stope and the staged blasting of the large-diameter deep hole rock drilling is proposed. It can effectively avoid the risk of wellbore collapse and reduce the construction period by 50%,besides that,it can also provide a new idea for the construction of blind shaft excavation and masonry in broken stope.
