阔叶箬竹分株容器苗培育技术Ⅲ·1年生苗木质量评价 被引量:3

Containerized cultivation technique on Indocalamus latifolius rametsⅢ·Quality valuation of one-year-old individuals

摘要 1年生阔叶箬竹容器苗为研究对象,采用因子分析结合标准差法,筛选出主要评价因子并划分评价指标等级,为阔叶箬竹容器苗出圃提供技术支撑。结果表明:形态指标的KMO值为0.583>0.5,Bartlett s球形检验系数为0.000<0.001,鞭径比和鞭根生物量二者的累计贡献率为62.06%。采用平均值±标准差法对LDR和RTB进行分级,结果表明,鞭总生物量以5.95 g和3.21 g为分级标准,而鞭径比则以189.86和78.5为分级标准。容器苗木各级占比以Ⅱ级苗木占比最高,达到62%,Ⅰ级苗次之,为26%,Ⅲ级苗最少,为12%,综合Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级苗的比例达到了0.88。二者在各级间差异显著,其中鞭根生物量Ⅰ级苗达到8.59g·盆^(-1),为Ⅱ级苗的2.14倍,Ⅲ级苗的3.56倍;Ⅰ级苗的鞭径比达到了234.04,为鞭径比最小的Ⅲ级苗的4.29倍。鞭径比和鞭根生物量可作为阔叶箬竹的评价指标,但在实际生产中,为减少对容器苗的破坏,可采用鞭长和鞭数为分级指标。 Combining factor analysis and standard error method,the domain evaluation factors were selected and its classes were devided for one-year-old individuals of Indocalamus latifolius ramets,to provide a technical reference for outplanting.The results showed that KMO values of morphological indexes chosen to illustrate the bamboo was 0.583,which higher than 0.5,and Bartlett s sphericity test coefficient was 0.000,lower than 0.001.The accumulated contribution length-diameter ratio of rhizome(LDR)and rhizome total biomass(RTB)were 62.06%.The classification using the mean value±standard error method for the both indexes showed that grading standards for RTB were 5.95 g and 3.21 g,likewise 189.86 and 78.5 for LDR,therein class Ⅱhad the highest ratio,was 62%,class Ⅰ took second place,was 26%,and class Ⅲhad a minimum proportion,was 12%.The accumulated ratio of classes Ⅰand Ⅱwas to 0.88.both of the indexes had significant difference among classes,of which the biomass of class Ⅰwas 8.59 g per container,2.14 and 3.56 times were higher than class Ⅱand class Ⅲrespectively.The LDR of class Ⅰwas 234.04,was 4.29 times to the class Ⅲ.The combination of LDR and RTB can be used to valuating one-year-old containerized ramets.However,in order to decreasing the damage for the seedlings,the rhizome length and number are recommended in production.
