摘要
近年来,哈里斯3DX-50发射机在数字广播发射中得到十分广泛的应用。在日常运行中,零部件故障将直接影响发射机的安全运行。因此,技术人员有必要提高对故障的处理能力。基于此,对哈里斯3DX-50发射机运行过程中的开关电源和功放模块的常见特殊故障及其处理措施进行分析,并提出周期性检查、清洁发射机、检查接触效果、温度检查以及频繁动作器件检查等日常维护措施,为发射机的正常运行提供保障。
In recent years, Harris 3DX-50 transmitter has been widely used in digital broadcasting transmission. In daily operation,component failure will directly affect the safe operation of the transmitter. Therefore, it is necessary for technicians to improve their ability to handle faults. Based on this, this paper analyzes the common special faults of the switching power supply and power amplifier module during the operation of the Harris 3DX-50 transmitter and their handling measures, and puts forward routine maintenance measures such as periodic inspection, cleaning the transmitter, checking the contact effect, temperature inspection, and frequent action device inspection to ensure the normal operation of the transmitter.
