摘要
实验室规范化标准化工作是开展实验教学与科研工作的重要保证。根据公共平台实验室的特点和开放状况,从安全建设、机制建设、文化建设、仪器共享等4个方面,对实验室管理与运行模式开展了探讨与实施,分析了各项建设所需的具体工作和产生的成效。建设目标是保证实验室安全、有效、平稳运转,实现资源优化利用,提高大型仪器使用率,提升服务质量,提供多专业交叉融合、学术氛围浓厚的实验平台支撑。
The standardized operation of laboratories is an important guarantee for carrying out experimental teaching and scientific research. Based on the characteristics of the public platform laboratories and the current status, the management and the operation mode of the laboratories are explored and practiced in four aspects: safety, regulations, culture building and the sharing of instrument, which is to ensure the safety, efficiency and stability of laboratories, achieve the resource sharing, improve the utilization rate of equipment, provide satisfied services. It provides a multi-disciplinary and academic atmosphere for the creation of first-class universities and disciplines.
