摘要
为评估养老机构的火灾风险,根据人员类型、财产、建筑及疏散等因素的重要性,量化分析养老机构建筑本身、建筑内人员以及建筑内活动的火灾风险情况,采用AHP法与FRAME法相结合构建养老机构火灾风险评估模型,并进行实例验证。结果表明:基于AHP-FRAME法的养老机构火灾风险评估模型可以得出各防火分区中建筑物本身、建筑内人员和建筑内活动的火灾风险等级,这对养老机构的火灾风险管理具有重要意义。
In order to assess the fire risk of aged-care facilities,the fire risk of building itself,occupants and activities were quantitatively analyzed according to the importance of personnel types,properties,building and evacuation.The fire risk assessment model for aged-care facilities was established by combining AHP method with FRAME method,and an example was used to verified.The results show that the fire risk assessment model for aged-care facilities based on AHP-FRAME method can determine the fire risk levels of building itself,occupants and activities in buildings in each fire compartment,which is of great significance to the fire risk management of aged-care facilities.
