摘要
热等离子体技术是一种用来处理废弃物污染问题的高新技术,近年来在危废处理领域也得到了很大关注。介绍了热等离子体技术在垃圾焚烧飞灰熔融玻璃化处理中的应用进展,探讨了热等离子体熔融玻璃化的作用机理及主要影响因素。经热等离子体玻璃化熔融处理后,飞灰中的重金属得到有效固化,有毒有害有机物得到有效分解,飞灰熔渣结构致密,具有很好的资源化利用潜力。但Cl^(-)腐蚀、能耗高的问题仍是等离子体飞灰熔融技术工业化利用进程中亟待解决的问题。
Thermal plasma technology is a high-tech used to deal with the problem of waste pollution,which has also received great attention in the field of hazardous waste treatment in recent years.This paper introduces the application progress of thermal plasma technology in the melting and vitrification of waste incineration fly ash,and discusses the mechanism and main influencing factors of thermal plasma melting and vitrification.After vitrification melting treatment through thermal plasma,the heavy metals in the fly ash are effectively solidified,the toxic and harmful organic substances are effectively decomposed,and the slag has a dense structure,which shows a good potential for resource utilization.However,the problems of Cl^(-)corrosion and high energy consumption are still urgent to be solved in the process of industrial utilization of thermal plasma fly ash melting technology.
