新形势下煤电机组灵活性改造技术研究 被引量:19

摘要 随着我国可再生能源装机容量的不断增加,并逐渐实现大规模并网发电,新能源消纳问题日益严峻,电力系统调峰矛盾突出和平衡调节能力不足等问题已严重限制我国新能源产业的发展。对现有煤电机组进行灵活性改造是破解可再生能源消纳困境的有效途径。针对国内外煤电机组灵活性改造现状进行了分析,对关键技术进行了讨论,并总结了当前灵活性改造存在的问题。煤电机组灵活性改造技术的推广和应用,将有助于促进火电厂转型升级,助力“双碳”目标达成。 With the increasing installed capacity of renewable energy in China and the gradual realization of large-scale grid-connected power generation,the problem of new energy consumption is becoming more and more serious,and the problems such as prominent peak regulation contradiction and insufficient balance regulation capacity of power system have seriously restricted the development of new energy industry in China.The flexibility modification of existing coal power units is an effective way to break the dilemma of renewable energy consumption.This paper analyzes the current situation of flexibility modification of coal power units at home and abroad,discusses the key technologies,and summarizes the current problems of flexibility modification.The promotion and application of flexibility retrofit technology for coal power units will help to promote the transformation and upgrading of thermal power plants and help to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
