摘要
基于垃圾焚烧锅炉受热面容易发生腐蚀这一难题,通过对受热面金属表面与烟气中各组分发生反应各因素逐一分析,弄清了受热面管金属种类、表面熔融盐组分、烟气温度、烟气中氧浓度与二氧化硫含量等参数对腐蚀的影响,给出了针对垃圾锅炉受热面设计与运行中防止腐蚀现象发生的建议,所得分析结果可为垃圾锅炉受热面的设计与可靠运行提供参考依据。
Based on the problem of waste incineration boiler heating surface being prone to corrosion,through the analysis on the factors of the reaction between the metal surface of the heating surface and the constitutes in the flue gas,the influence of the metal type of the heating surface tube,parameters such as surface molten salt constitutes,flue gas temperature,the concentration of oxygen and the content of sulfur dioxide in flue gas on the corrosion was clarified.Suggestions for corrosion preventing in the design and operation of waste incineration boiler heating surface are given.The analysis results can provide reference for the design and reliable operation of the waste incineration boiler heating surface.
