摘要
聚丙烯是广泛应用于汽车内饰的塑料材料,轻量化聚丙烯材料的研究具有广阔的应用前景。研制了1种空心玻璃微珠增强聚丙烯轻量化材料,通过选择空心玻璃微珠的牌号、调整配方比例、典型性能测试,选择出最优的配方,并通过样件试制验证了其减重效果。
Polypropylene is widely used in automotive interior.Lightweight polypropylene materials research has a broad application prospect.In this paper,a kind of hollow glass bead reinforced polypropylene lightweight material was studied.By selecting the hollow glass bead,adjusting the proportion of formula and testing the typical performance,the optimal formula was selected,and the weight loss effect was verified by sample trial production.
