摘要
实现“双碳”背景下清洁能源产业蓬勃发展,抽水蓄能电站作为当前最具规模、技术成熟、高效经济、运行可靠的储能设施对促进新能源消纳、构建新型电力系统、保障电网安全稳定运行具有不可替代的重要作用。目前纯抽水蓄能电站正大规模开发建设,但优良站址将逐渐减少,《抽水蓄能中长期发展规划(2021~2035年)》中大力倡导结合常规梯级水电站建设联合运行式抽水蓄能泵/电站。本文针对新时期国家对抽水蓄能电站发展的新需求,系统分析了联合运行式抽水蓄能电站的特点及优势、发展现状及存在问题,对联合运行式抽水蓄能泵/电站的建设和发展提出了相关的参考建议与对策,以期对联运式抽水蓄能电站的发展提供一定的借鉴。
In order to realize the vigorous development of clean energy industry under the“dual carbon”background,pumped storage power station,as the largest energy storage facility with mature technology,high efficiency and economy and reliable operation,play an irreplaceable role in promoting the consumption of new energy,building a new power system and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.At present,pure pumped storage power stations are being developed and constructed on a large scale but the number of excellent station sites will gradually decrease.In the medium and long term development plan of pumped storage(2021-2035),the state strongly advocates the construction of combined operation pumped storage pumps/power stations in combination with conventional cascade hydro power stations.In view of the new demand of the country for the development of pumped storage power stations in the new period,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and advantages,development status and existing problems of the combined operation pumped storage power stations,and puts forward relevant reference suggestions and Countermeasures for the construction and development of the combined operation pumped storage pump/power station,in order to provide some reference for the development of the combined operation pumped storage pump/power station.
