摘要
分析了中国量子通信领域专利的申请量、申请趋势、申请人情况以及省市分布和细分技术领域分布,展示了中国量子通信领域专利分布的全貌。通过对专利权利要求数量的对比,给出了目前专利保护范围及专利质量的情况,提出了量子通信技术研发及专利布局的建议,并从专利角度分析量子通信产业化前景。
The number of patent applications,application trend,applicants,provincial and municipal distribution and subdivision technology field distribution in the field of quantum communication in China are analyzed.So,the overall picture of the patent distribution in the field of quantum communication in China can be shown.By comparing the number of patent claims,the current patent protection scope and patent quality are given.At last,the suggestions on the research and development of quantum communication technology and patent layout are put forward,and the industrialization prospect of quantum communication from the perspective of patent are analyzed.
